Police are looking for a gang that attacked and robbed several motorists in carjacking incidents in Nairobi’s Westlands area. The gang of six was armed with pistols when they struck on Monday night taking control of at least ten private cars. Police said among those attacked was the driver of Kiambu County Government Speaker Nick Ndichu and a vehicle belonging to Royal Media Service. According to Nairobi police boss Benson Kibue the gang first knocked from behind targeted vehicles before they could strike. “They could hit a motorist from behind and once the occupants stopped or stepped out to ask what the problem was, they could be attacked,” he said.
