Want to bid on a vehicle you saw and liked, here is how to go about the biding process:
1. Auction Data
This is information on all the vehicles in the database that customers are able to access, and bid on. This information includes vehicle description and images.
Once logged in, customers can search the database for their inventory requirements and select vehicles and submit prices for them as active bids.
2. Deposit
A deposit of ¥100,000 is required to submit bids on the service. This deposit is held independent of the active trading account and is returned or credited when the service is no longer required. To use the service the customers account must be up to date including payment for all shipped vehicles and deposits for vehicles unshiped. If needed customers are encouraged to pay their accounts or submit their deposits by bank transfer to Kenya Car Bazaar account.

3. Bidding
All information for the bidding at the Auction will be provided as soon as we confirm your deposit. Then, we start bidding at the Auction Houses in behalf of you.
*Start Price is a starting price of unit itself, not a final price.
**Bid Price indicates only a price of the unit, not include our commission fee, inland transportation charges and Ocean Freight.
4. Payment
Either your bids are successful or unsuccessful, we inform you the result of the bidding right away.
Successful Case
Final FOB, C&F, or CIF prices is announced, after we calculate the balance by adding all costs and subtracting your deposit. The balance must be remitted within 7 days after notifying you.
**Your deposit will be impounded if we cannot confirm the balance**.
5. Shipment
After we confirm your payment, the unit is prepared for the soonest shipment. The shipping schedule will be announced as soon as we receive it from our shipping agents.Also, all necessary documents for the shipment are prepared and important documents, such as Bill of Ladings, Invoice, and several certifications are sent to you through DHL or TNT after the vessel leaves the Port in Japan.
6. Receiving
Your car is then transported from Mombasa all the way to your door step.
