Brabus Works on the 2012 Mercedes-Benz M-Class

If you are a Kenya car bazaar regular, then you are already pretty familiar with German tuning house Brabus. The Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts have just released the first photos of their latest aftermarket program for the 2012 ML and it is extensive to say the least. The first thing Brabus usually does when they create an aftermarket program is focus on the power, upgrading the ML 350′s BlueTEC 4MATIC diesel engine through the use of their ECO PowerXtra D6S performance kit. Output is increased to 301hp and 509 lb-ft of torque from its stock counterpart’s 254hp and 457 lb-ft of torque. Performance numbers have been boosted as well, running from 0-62mph in 6 seconds and the SUV can hit a top speed of 142mph. In terms of styling, Brabus gave the ML a body kit by way of Pur-R-Rim plastics. It includes new side skirts for a long and smooth look along with entrance lights that turn on when opening the doors. A lowered ride profile comes by way of an AIRMATIC suspension, developed by Brabus, which brings the ride height of the Merc SUV down by 30-40mm.
