Toyota Kenya LTD unveils the new RAV4 2019 this coming some months after Toyota unveiled it to the World at the 2018 Paris Motor Show. The car which debuted at the New York Auto Show late last year sporting a rugged new look.
The Rav4 has two petrol engines, in line with Toyota’s strategy to ditch diesel. It also has a 2.0-litre four-cylinder and a 2.5-litre hybrid. Both promising to bring improved efficiency over the existing Toyota units.
Toyota claims that it has redesigned the hybrid powertrain, adding a second electric motor to the rear axle to provide all-wheel-drive and reduce fuel consumption.
