The renowned tuning firm has added some subtle touches to the already impressive SUV. Tuning outfit Vorsteiner has announced their aerodynamics package for the BMW X5 M sports SUV, designed to give its aggressive look a more fashionable edge. The aero program consists of an add-on front spoiler and vented race hood, both of which are made from carbon-fiber autoclave pre-preg for enhanced stiffness, strength and durability. There’s also a new rear diffuser, but the tuning package does not extend to any performance upgrades. When bearing in mind the 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 already produces 555hp and 500lb-ft of torque and is capable of 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds, it’s clear why making performance enhancements here was not such a pressing concern. The Vorsteiner X5 M sits on massive alloys, and comes with 10mm Adaptive Drive suspension, 4-piston calipers and huge 396mm brake discs. Official pricing details were not announced.
